Japanese original grapes blend, Bailey Alicante A 35.4%, Muscat Bailey A 44.5%, Black Queen 20.1%. Barrel aged for 12 months. In 2020, the percentage of Bailey Alicante A is increased and it gives a richer body compared to the previous vintage. Aromas like blackberry and plum from Bailey Alicante A together with charming aromas of Muscat Bailey A. White pepper, violet, cinnamon, and vanilla's nuances. Balanced with dignified acidity and smooth tannin. The finish has a red rose nuance.

Takahata Winery is located at north latitude 38 same as Napa valley. Historically the region has been producing grapes and other stone fruits. Their wines are mainly made from European grape varieties such as Chardonnay but they have Japanesque series made from 100% Japanese indigenous grape varieties. These series wines express identities of typical Japanese characters such as dignity and gracefulness.
