The cryo-extraction method is employed, in which freshly harvested grapes are immediately frozen and then slowly thawed before pressing. This meticulous process yields a highly concentrated juice rich in natural sugars. The bouquet bursts with intense aromas of apricot, ripe white peach, dried fruits and honey showcasing the distinctive and charming character of the Delaware grape.
