Brilliant pale gold with exceptionally fine and persistent bubbles. The nose is elegant and complex, showing fresh citrus, pear and white peach, layered with delicate white flowers, brioche and toasted hazelnut. The palate is precise and silky, combining ripe white fruit with vibrant acidity and pronounced chalky minerality. Refined and beautifully balanced, with remarkable depth and tension leading to a long, fresh and distinctly saline finish.
