Lychee is often associated with the flavor profile of sake. Based on this, brewer Adachi-san had the idea to directly add lychee to sake in a well-balanced way. As he envisioned, the natural lychee and the lychee-like flavors of sake coexist, enhancing each other. The liveliness of Nama (unpasteurized) further enhances its refreshing quality. The aroma is sweet, but it does not taste sweet on the palate.
