Lychee is often associated with the flavor profile of sake. Based on this, brewer Adachi-san had the idea to directly add lychee to sake in a well-balanced way. As he envisioned, the natural lychee and the lychee-like flavors of sake coexist, enhancing each other. The liveliness of Nama (unpasteurized) further enhances its refreshing quality. The aroma is sweet, but it does not taste sweet on the palate.

About Miyoi

The founder, Mr.Yoji Adachi-san, has took over an abandoned paddy in Tanba city, Hyogo prefecture and planted Koshihikari rice in 2021, then he has relased his first sake as Koyoi brand.

He became an unique sake brewer as a Domaine style sake producer. After that, he has moved to Takatsuki city, Osaka, and established his own brewery in a housing complex as the first craft sake marker in Osaka prefecture in 2023.

He has changed his brand from Koyoi to Miyoi which has two meanings in Japanese that "美酔" drinking beautifully and "魅酔" drinking attractively. Flog is written in the label because he saw many flogs during the period that he was struggling to overcome difficulties in cultivating his rice paddy but flogs were cute and he felt they were his supporters and as his brand symbol.
