Elegant vanilla aroma, rich and full-bodied, refined and graceful on the palate. It shows a brilliant golden hue with layered aromas of lemon mousse, apple, yellow peach, followed by nuances of vanilla and peanut butter. The texture is remarkably smooth supported by beautifully balanced acidity and minerality that reflect a cool-climate origin. Elegance seamlessly, carrying its intensity through to a long, poised finish. Aging for 6 months in a new French oak 50%.

In 1890, the founder, Mr. Jisaku Omura has established a small winery in the garden in front of his house. Since then, 4th generation of Mr. Omura has been dedicated to winemaking. He aims to make world class Japanese wines from traditional grape varieties such as Koshu and Muscat Bailey A. They are considered as a boutique winery, but one of the pionners of Koshu Sur Lie style.
