The wine is ruby red with cherry glints. The nose shows intense aromas of red and black fruit including cherry, plus nice empyreumatic notes, like coffee. The palate is dense with a good body, balanced by well-ripened tannins with a freshness on the end that adds to the long finish.

Perfect for accompanying a juicy hamburger with sautéed red onion. Also, try pairing the fruit of this wine with oven-roasted vegetables with a drizzle of olive oil and crunchy sweet potato fries.
