“Amarillo” means “yellow” in Spanish. Made from 100% fully ripe Koshu grapes grown in Yamanashi. Dry style. The wine is produced using Sur lie method after low-temperature fermentation. It shows crisp acidity with aromas reminiscent of citrus fruits, green apple and herbs. The palate is lively and vibrant with beautiful acidity and refreshing umami that lingers.
