About Abel

Abel is originally an apple cider maker using wine making techniques. Tasman Chardonnay 2018 is their first vintage and the production is 350 cartons (4,200 bottles) only. They choose to use 3,000L French Oak cuves for fermentation because they believe it keeps the fruit pristine and fresh, and also benefits the palate with both texture and structure.
